Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AutoStock (the “Platform”), a dealer inventory management service operated by AuTECHSOFT. By signing in you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Platform.

2. Authorised Use

The Platform is provided for use by authorised employees of dealership networks who have been issued credentials by their administrator. You agree to use the Platform solely for legitimate dealership operations, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify your administrator of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Restrictions

You must not:

• share your login with any other person;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe the Platform for vulnerabilities without written permission;
• export or copy data in bulk beyond what is necessary for your role;
• use the Platform to process records that do not belong to your dealership network.

4. Data Ownership

All vehicle, customer, and transaction data entered into the Platform remains the property of the dealer principal. AuTECHSOFT processes this data as a data processor on the dealer's instructions and does not claim any ownership over it.

5. Audit Trail

Every state-changing action on the Platform is logged along with the user, timestamp, and relevant metadata. These logs may be reviewed by your administrator or AuTECHSOFT for troubleshooting, compliance, or security purposes.

6. Suspension

AuTECHSOFT may suspend or revoke your access for breach of these Terms, at the request of your administrator, or for security reasons, with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signalled by a new version number; continued use after such a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You will be asked to re-acknowledge when the version changes.
